Weekly Residential Curbside Service

Recycle Depot prebills.  

Invoices due by 4pm on the 30th of the dated invoice. (*Term 15 customers are due by 4pm on the 14th )

Fee Schedule: 

• Late charges will hit unpaid accounts every month on 30th until account is current.
• Service will be suspended on day 45 for non-payment and a $30.00 reinstatement fee will be charged to your account. (Term 15-service will by suspended by 4pm on the 14th with a $30.00 reinstatement fee charged to the account)

Payment Options: 

1. Paying Online https://secure.cardknox.com/rds/  We have a link on our website. It is a FREE service and you just need your 4-digit account number to ensure your payment goes to the right account. ***ALERT!!! This just came to our attention. Do not click on anything that says DOXO. (We just found out this company leeches onto online payment sites and it’s a company we do no use. We found out they also charge a fee after your submit all your personal information.) At the bottom of our payment site, it should show “CardKnox” and/or “Fidelity”. 
2. Mailing a Check - Payable to Recycle Depot .   Account number is needed on your check:  230 Van Wagner Rd.  Poughkeepsie, NY 12603  
3. Auto Charge: If you didn’t set this up at start up, we can set it up at any time. Please call 845-972-1137 to set up or update card. Click here for the authorization form
4. Bill Pay through your bank. Payments needed before the 30th of the invoice month to avoid fees. **Account number is needed.

 Pricing includes one pick up per week. Both containers picked up on the same day. (pick up day given at set up)

Click "Sign Up For Service"  on the top right corner of the screen and COMPLETE THE FORM provided. (We cannot set up service without the rental consent form completed)

We thank you for your patience as someone from our office will call you  within 2-3 business days to complete the sign up process. We do ask for the first two months upfront to deliver and start service.
