Automatic Deduction Authorization Agreement

I hereby authorize Recycle Depot and/or its affiliates to initiate payment deductions from my Credit Card. 

Any extra items that are picked with the regular trash will be charged on the current billing cycle. 

This Authorization will remain in effect until written notification is received from the customer or by Recycle Depot of the agreement termination.

Please note, residential weekly garbage billing cycle is bi-monthly and charges will be processed the first week of the billing cycle.  (e.g. Jan-Feb billing cycle will be charge the first week of January)
